Aeropak from Mr DIY is cheaper. I used to spray on my backpack and camping tarp.

from my experience, bike rain coats like from givi doesnt last long. you need to "sidai"/hang them dry right after use under rain otherwise the water will seep through the stitching, thats what all shops told me anyway when i keep finding my raincoat leaking.

so i end up buying heavy duty hiking rain coat and pants rated to be waterproof up to 3-4 hours under heavy rain from decathlon. no issue at all, always dry after heavy rain.

My friend bought a Decathlon cycling raincoat after he saw me wearing one, even he has a Taichi raincoat. I asked me why and replied that the Decathlon cycling raincoat has 2 openings in front which allow air to flow in. Not so hot. He also bought a Decathlon hiking rain pants.

In my experience, no rainsuit can ever keep you 100% dry in our heavy monsoon rains.

The most realistic expectation is to aim for minimal dampness.

Bought the same tin from Mr DIY. Sprayed my raincoat already, yet to test its effectiveness.
