probably not a good sight to begin with and psychologically you will worry that it might fall or burst from time to time although it is very unlikely.

get that info from developer first b4 signing anything. also the unit ur buying, isit facing and same level with the water tank?

water pump can be quite noisy
dont buy same floor, or one floor below and even one above, to be safe
if big bocor, may flood to your unit
maintenance people coming in and out

better not if u cant tahan noise, may no noise at first but after some years the machine aged then you know
