Any good? Does it perform the same as original Lenovo charger?

You tried ryzen before? Or just simply say u = underpowered? Also you know the price difference between ryzen and intel but yet benchmark scores quite impressive?

Aside from price that you highlighted here are some others:

- While AMD have (in general) better multicore performance, Intel have better single-core performance.
- AMD devices do not support Thunderbolt 3.
- AMD devices reserves 2GB RAM (I'm not sure, if in every device), so if you order device with 8GB, you will only have 6GB available. I'm not sure, if you could change it in BIOS.
- AMD iGPU is significantly (about 25%) slower than Intel iGPU. To address this issue (in some extent), dual-channel memory configuration needs to be used.

In general, AMD performs better with dual-channel memory configuration.

Intel devices may have better battery live.

T495 no heating problem, fan barely turns on but i do light work on it. Haven't tested games.
Can't say for X395 or E495 models though, haven't tried those.

Actually really depends on luck, that day so happen I was on lowyat in the morning, saw benefon post few post about it and also the amy gooding thread. Straight thought to myself “rm1k legendary laptop with i5”, this is no brainer. Buy!

Haha I no money to think buy more than 1, so 1 was right for my choice. As long can enjoy the laptop now.

Haha yeap, at 2.8k i'd still go for thinkpad, but have to give thinkbook some credit, its actually a good laptop. I use it more than my T495 cause it instantly starts and battery can last long.

Charging port repair is considered as "accidental damage" and is not covered under the standard warranty.

Charging port "misuse" not covered by limited warranty?
