Question about Pd charging and thinkbook 13s.

My charger is Aukey 45w output for pd and its aukey cable 2.4A for pd charging and my new slim tip converter. All In photos. Issue is my laptop tested using both slim tips is showing charging then not charging then charging then not...

user posted image

I don't have anything uses pd charging atm and it's quick charging using pd hole it works. Is it the slim tip issue or the cable or the charger issue?

Why cannot get xiaomi 65W pd?
There is included cable as well.
Btw just need the little adapter to 3pin plug only

Bro the cable and pd charger I bought along with xiaomi 9t pro until lazadamall canceled my phone 2 weeks after my order on 10.10 this equipment is leftover from my idiocy which includes tempered glass and case. It took them another 2~3 weeks to approved sorry voucher of rm30 so I didn't want to get that phone anymore. Anyway I likey looking at oneplus or another different xiaomi this 12.12 or 1.1. At the time I honestly thought 74w was for pd I didn't realised in fine print its pd is only 45w when I bought the thing.

So do you think its cable issue? Even though they claim to support their pd. Could it be the cable isn't gen 2 cannot support charging? Or is the slim tip issue?

Looks like your issue is not the aukey charger or cable, cause those two are able to give you power of 60W max together.

It could be your usb-c to slim tip converter that is the issue, maybe try a different slim tip converter.

Lenovo also sell official one but pricey:

No the output for charger is 45w Aukey wrote in fine print. I honestly thought I bought a big output pd charger. So it's the slim tip issue? I actually bought 2 slim tip converter this issue is happening using both slim tip converters. Should I return slim tip to lazada?

I also thought it was 74.5W when read the headline, quite misleading, yet people all give it 5 stars on the review page.
*
It's damn expensive piece of garbage. I didn't return at the time as I was chasing my xiaomi 9t pro delays. I honestly thought it was the stated output until I read the manual about 45w. I guess it's Rm200 waste. Anyway thanks for heads up on 60w min info.

Heat sink plate for desktop only
Put this heat tap on laptop pcb to contact with nvme ssd, the overall heat can transfer into pcd.
*
Heatsink copper for ssd works on bigger laptops I used them but they don't fit this tiny laptop however these below might work 1 is a strip of composite graphene the other looks like thin copper. Atm I am using extremely cheap thermal tape

Those copper can running current right, installation in proper way. Later can’t switch on your laptop/pc

I didn't had any problem using last time. If your worried can use copper/aluminium coated with graphene or just a strip of graphene. Lots of people were using it so far no issue.

You need an adapter to the adapter.
*
Too many adapters won't that be dangerous anyway I think I need look at either replace the charger or all those adapters I buy are crap. They look the same design as ones sold in taobao since my Shopee seller is frm China.

This is 2. 1 is straight converter the other (bottom one with longer cables) is suppose to be something like your recommendation.

Next test, you should try with powerbank that can output 45W. Then you have true portability with your laptop, never need worry about power socket.
*
That was my intented next step but now I am stuck at not sure if charger or adapter. I dunwan waste more money atm. I bought the stupid aukey PA-Y13 in hopes for pd for new xiaomi phone then I got con 77w is actually 45w then this issue then my xiaomi phone never reach me after 3 weeks lazada cancel.

I am using the 45W lenovo charger with thinkbook 13s, it does charge but very slowly, takes about 2 hours - 2 hours 30 mins, compared to the 65W which seems faster like 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins.

So yes 45W does work, i suspect your dongle/adapter actually outputs less charge maybe (not truly 45W).
*
3 dongle already don't think its cable since 1of them came with cable. I don't think it's all due to dongle since I tested 3 different dongle though cheap ones. I really think it's the aukey charger but it's pd slot works as QC so I don't think I can sent for rma since it still output just maybe not 77w or even 45w.
