Should had gotten L340 (AMD). I gotten mine 2 weeks before I gotten my T13s, and its a deal pretty much half way as nice as the T13s.

I paid RM1.6k for a Ryzen 5 + 256GB SSD + 4GB soldered RAM (needed for dual channel memory on these models) and FHD (TN though) screen, and it comes with cashback of RM200+ (still pending) and redemption for a copy of free microsoft office home and student (worth another RM200+).

Try negotiate with them if can cancel the order and place a new one for L340 (AMD). You can get about the same price as what I get, all be it the SSD size now is only 128GB (but it has NVME option for cheap now as compared to when I ordered mine) and no more free microsoft office redemption.
*
i just check already,.. L340 more expensive,..2.3k for ryzen 5,.. SPINSAVES10 cannot use on ideapad.... LENXHLB made it cost more than 3k...

Dude... my advice. Buy what is within your budget. If you add a little bit here and there, your purchase is going to be way over your targeted budget.  nod.gif

ya ,.. lor,.. i think i just accept it,.. anyway i'm using it for normal work,.. and some picture or video editing,.. not heavy gaming,... on budget cannot expect much,..

Mang, I'm spoonfeeding you here cause I see you as a fellow ktard and kecian that you didn't get a t13s last month.

The left most model, the RM1.5k one, can customise yourself.

Things to customise is 3500u, 4GB onboard RAM, FHD screen and 128GB NVME SSD. All together should be RM1.6k++. Use shopback to make it cheaper another bit.
*
you should spoonfeed me earlier,.. i've been begging people to teach me, since middle of this thread, since b4 11.11 deal start,.. i'm 1st time buying online on lenovo,..

anyway,... thanks for the lesson,... i'll just take what had ordered,.. . it's not as bad...

It’s your choice... You can definitely saved some more money with ShopBack on the above specs, that will make it notably cheaper than what you had paid.

I’m fact the price above is cheaper than what I paid for mine.

ps: The codes used above is "CHECKOUT".

*
i called CS just now,... they said they can't cancel my order on phone, i need to write in,...

so i place another order (customized as u teach),.. and ask them to replace previous order with new order via email,.. waiting for their answer,.. if cannot, i'll just let the new order to expire,...

if they approve, i wonder how they refund the balance ??..

the customize section had changed, no more FHD on display,..but got 8GB ram removable,... end up price is rm1622 after code discount,..

This model comes with 1 soldered RAM and 1 open socket RAM.

If you take the 8GB selectable RAM, the soldered RAM part will be empty. Better configure the soldered part with max memory (in this case 4GB RAM). In the future, you can upgrade the open socket RAM part.
*
thanks for the advice,.. when i select soldered ram,.. selectable ram only give 4GB,... but 4+4 still 8GB,.. price different only rm3,..

so place another order,.. re-email them and ask them to change to the new order and cancel the other 2 order,..

hope they approve,.. i apologize to them and explain i'm newbie buyer, dunno how to place order,.. and also explain reason of changing order is b'cos of the spec..

put my finger cross..

Better to go with the soldered RAM option if can, cause later on cannot upgrade.

In future you can upgrade the one 4GB DDR4 SO-DIMM open socket to something higher like 8GB or 16GB. Even crucial website confirms can max the RAM to 20GB.

thanks for the advice,..

now got 3 order liao,.. lulz.. hope they won't get mad on the mess,.. ask them to process the newest one and cancel the other 2,.. waiting for them to reply,..

If you want the best package (Ryzen 5 with FHD screen), you can only select either of 4GB onboard or 8GB single stick option. They don't allow 4GB+4GB configurations to be ordered with Ryzen 5 with FHD screen.

But like I explained, top up just a little bit and you can get yourself a 8GB stick outside, far more future proof than 4+4GB.
*
ayoh !!!... they already approve my amendment,.. no wonder when i choose 4+4 cannot change the display lar,...

nevermind i already made another order and request to change again,.. it's actually cheaper rm 1,4776.72...

4 times order change already,... lulz...

Sorry for been late, but I hope you had read the previous post in previous page.

You should use SPINSAVE10 instead of CHECKOUT. That way the device will be costing under RM1.5k, and even further if you count in SHOPBACK cashback.

This is the "best" specs that I will configure. The choice of whether you want a DVD reader or a dummy bay for mounting extra HDD/SSD is yours to make though, they cost only Rm2 differences.

dummy bay is just kosong case,.. right ???

May i know how to edit order?
*
i didn't edit order,... i just re-make a new order i prefer,... then email to mycs@lenovo.com to inform them to change my purchase from previous order number to newest order number,... and cancel the previous order,..

just be polite and state your reason why u wanna change,.. i did it 4 times,.. successfully on 3rd times,.. just dunno 4th times they will get mad or not,.. lulz...

still waiting for tomorrow approval,..

https://www.shopback.my/lenovo

If you buy through the shopback app or website (using chrome add-on), it gives you cashback 6% which you can withdraw to your bank account. So if you purchase RM2000, you get back RM120 (6%) from that purchase.
*
this my 1st purchase,... so i don't get shopback,... right ???

Very lucky you saw this, I also wondered why cannot upgrade to FHD display, really gotta play with the configurations before you make purchase.
*
actually their customization is a bit confusing,.. when no soldered ram, the selected ram got 8GB and 16GB selection,.. then no Display option,.. when with soldered ram,.. selected ram only got 4GB option,.. when u choose the 4GB option, the FHD display option also disappear,.. thats why i've been changing order for few times,..
