hi, i have noticed there are alot of TV antennas for cars. i was wondering on which position suits best for antenna installation. does it require drilling? need to be positioned high?
hope users can share some valuable comments. thanks

I dont think it matters. Those who put the antennas outside normally wanna show off their antennas only. And now, the antennas is just double sided tape, so its safer to put it inside ur car. Same thing la.

Just to show off only ? I thought they come with a purpose for TV channel reception ? Unless those which comes with Neon tube colored ones la ... those are for decoration purpose ...

He's asking whether the position of the antenna at the car matters or not. From my experience, it doesnt matter much.
And yes, most of the people who puts the antenna outside (on top of the car roof/bonet/etc) mainly wants to show off that they have a 2nd antenna for their TV. The antenna itself is for TV channel reception, but the idea of putting it outside ur car is for decoration purposes.
Go find some Ah Beng's car la. Sure got tons of antenna wan.

Later on the windscreen being smashed as thieves thought u got tv inside. Eventhough It just for decor.
