Kena blacklisted by the telco but until today no court case yet. .  also TM aint interested with your few hundred bucks, they need to do that for their audit purposes, they probably have no intention to execute the judgment against you in the first place, it is the mechanism for them to write off bad debts for accounting purposes |

Recently, Indah Water got a court order to disconnect its sewage services from a retail lot that owes it 14 years of bill arrears = about RM5k, ie at the commercial rate of RM26 per month(= profit-gouging by IWK.?). IWK probably dismantled its toilet or sealed/blocked/plugged the toilet drain outlet with cement. Retail lots usually have only 1 toilet. ....... So, if owe a few RMk, we need to pay up before getting raided by IWK and the court. We can't win against the powderful government or GLC. Of course, the retail lot owner may still refuse to pay up by paying a plumber a few hundred RM to reinstall or unseal/unblock/unplug the toilet or go shit elsewhere. If so, IWK would have to go to court again. Many thought that IWK could not cut off their sewage services/supply like the easy cutting off of water or electricity supply or Internet connection if > 2 months' in bill arrears. . |
