Sifus, seeking to replace my trusty ol 5 years old HJC IS MAX II. Any recommendation? Or is i90 good enough? Looking for modular. If can, lightweight. But I guess, with a budget of around rm1.5k, can't really go lower than about 1.7kg, right?

look at the e-mark on the strap...even official documentation for ece legality in malaysia only refers to the e-mark and not the ece sticker on the rear.

note that actually helmet visors also need to have their own e-mark to be street legal...but this is usually not enforced or ppl dont even know about it.

if possible, spend the money on a removable padding helmet... its so worth it when it comes to cleaning. (the new Givi M35.0 is sexy af)

non removables will take multiple days to dry... and u have to put it proper side up so the water can drip out of the helmet.. instead of upside down where the water will pool right smack in the middle and take longer to dry...which is more time needed for the helmet to stink up again....

also dont put the helmet in the sun. the heat from our sun is more than enough to melt some glues thats on the helmet thats holding some parts together.

HJC Rpha90s carbon is also interesting but i already have the normal Rpha90. plus i cant seem to find the price locally...dunno still have or not since now its Rpha91 series

n by cheap i mean CHEAP..like around RM3-400 cheap...abit more oso can consider....local or even uncommon brands oso can consider. wanna buy for my GF who rarely rides with me... not even once a month.... so dun wanna spend so much on something rarely worn

hi all, want to ask, i'm using shark spartan rs, should the helmet padding be wet after a rain? i realize mine is not only wet for the bottom part, its like the whole helmet padding is wet too, i have my air vents closed before rain

thats weird... mine tend to be wet for the paddings inside, understandable for the chin and bottom of the helmet part

im looking for open face helmet that is good with ventilation and the least wind noise.. anyone used soumy speedjet? any review or should i go for shoei j cruise?
