8000-12000 houses in this kampung alone have no permit building a house
If they try to demolish 1, they need to also demolish all 8000-12000 houses here, means losing the votes in next election
Imagine doing the same in all villages in Selangor, Change of gov is certain

So i can conclude, gray zone

kampung the rules are different since they are not under manucipal because manucipal cannot provide them with what other people get so usually kampungs are under the land office. aslong as u dont go crazy and built a solar farm with a solar furnace 500 meter tall there you will be fine.

but tnb may want to have a word with you since your producing your own electricity and thats needs a license

1. Its EC thats govern the electricity generation , not tnb
2. If not mistaken, system below 72kW  are not required to apply from EC

Ooooo now I know I was being lied to all these years. I asked someone during a green energy convention a few years ago and they say u need a permit.
