Recently bought a condo in Penang Island and plan to move in another 2 months. Currently sourcing the contractors in the area below :

1. Kitchen rennovation (9 ft long area)

2. Plaster Ceiling installation (area covered maybe 700-800 sq ft)

3. Lighting and point of power

4. grill door, window frame and possible the frame to isolate the mosquito or bugs

5. Area divider (Possibly transparent frame with a sliding door)

6. Also would like to check on the cost and procedure to hack a wall and put in a window


Would love to hear some 'Yes' or 'No' contractor from your past experiences. Appreciate if you can provide some contacts on the 'Yes' contractor as well.
