As the threadstarter, i just wanna feedback that I am currently running 2 Youtube Family sharing, both in November 2019. Now going to be October then will be in November our first year anniversary of YouTube Premium Family

if not mistaken if the host is Google Malaysia region, the rest of the family members must be using Google Malaysia region too.

should be no problem to share among Malaysians.

I hosted 2 Family Accounts like 1 or 2 days after Google announce Youtube Premium in Malaysia.

Now both accounts are entering the 2nd year as at November 2020

Yes, their own Google accounts basically need to join a host family account.

So you are not sharing your YouTube activities with the other family members.

And the other family members can't see your YouTube activities too including the host account.

obviously it's not for you if you don't feel like you need it
