For shuttle or driving, it's one way up hill , unless they can make it a 2way else nearest uturn up bk is at chin swee

a reality is for those tourism property, one pandemic can caused your cashflow messed up...

For the bridge, now already under construction, developer will manage it 1st two year, after tat will handover to genting management, so no problem on genting approval

Rental here should be cheap I guess. It’s a distant to SkyAvenue and need climb yada yada.

Let’s see how this pans out.

And finally I know what’s this right now. Pass by this while going up and thought what in the world are they building but I already have my doubts at then as need to walk so far, even if it’s GenM’s building/attraction.

Wonder what is the estimated price?

The bridge will have 34 escalator for going up and down 😁

Which part of Genting?

While FH tenure and fully furnished are really good points, all comes with a price..

This is probably the project with highest psf of Asyik KayangMas thus far.
And it is not in KV...Those KV projects by this dev have way lower psf price. Cannot match.
