Although there is no improvement in music player, I've discovered something that I've been waiting for...
LCG Jukebox volume is louder in this firmware...Soo Happy... The original music player is way too sux.... Almost have no bass... And its only have 5-band equalizer while LCG have 10-band... Man..I forget my product code that I've been using right now... It has English, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Pilipino language... This post has been edited by nk3371: Jul 25 2007, 11:21 AM |

QUOTE(zeone @ Jul 25 2007, 12:38 PM) 1. Are yu sure LCG Jukebox is LOUDER? I hv ORIG LCG V2.15. LCG Jukebox sounds completely louder in this n73ME v4.0727.2.2.1 firmware, compare to the previous n73ME v3.075 firmware...2. LCG 10-band = Nokia MP's 5-band. Why? Volume dependent on built in HARDWARE! Pl chk out details in LCG Forum. I cant feel the bass with Nokia MP's... Turn on the 'loudness' will make thing worst... Almost no bass... Thats why LCG is better in term of bass.... just my 2cent opinion... |

QUOTE(nk3371 @ Jul 25 2007, 07:37 AM) Haha... N73ME APAC v4 firmware released... ![]() Updated mine... - You still got the little flash even if you've set the flash off... - No improvement in music player... - Got internet folder.. Need to discover more... that's it? QUOTE(eowwl @ Jul 25 2007, 10:07 AM) I'm not able to update my n73me although it's same version as yours! Anyway, wanna ask all sifu out there, I notice that no matter if I take photos at night or in broad daylight, the photos will have purple tinge in it. Anyone experienced this before? Is it removed in the new firmware? The viewfinder shows the pics in perfect white balance but when transferred to computer they have purple tinge in them and I have to use photo editor to balance the colours. it's normal to have a light purple tint on your phone's screen when taking photo's but the photo itself is unaffected. |

AFAIK, for std/vanilla N73, V 4.0723.2.0.1 dated 06-06-2007 got rid of the Flash bug! When camera is set to NO Flash/Flash OFF, there was really NO Flash!! Not even a flicker!
Now in V 4.0726.2.0.1 dated 26-06-2007, the flash LED lights up only dimly...not a real flash. Am wondering why Nokia could NOT keep the LED totally OFF as in the earlier V4 FW... |

QUOTE(nk3371 @ Jul 26 2007, 06:37 AM) You mean the little flash that appeared even if you set the flash off...? Nope...Maybe for APAC it was not fixed... How about the EURO one...? Is it fixed...? EURO1 firmwares have bene known not to have the flash bug. when you turn the flash off, it doesn't even light up. QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Jul 26 2007, 08:16 PM) N73 & N73 ME has the same flash bug? APAC1 and EURO1 are just some of the nicknames given to firmwares of different region's. |

QUOTE(-vip3rleon9- @ Jul 26 2007, 08:37 PM) EURO1 firmwares have bene known not to have the flash bug. when you turn the flash off, it doesn't even light up. But the problem with EURO firmware is with their font. I feel that APAC font are nicer compared to EURO. Just my personal opinion so far, all APAC1 firmwares have the "flash bug", or so we shall now call it. APAC1 and EURO1 are just some of the nicknames given to firmwares of different region's. |
