 Apple Watch Series 2 keep asking for passcode, HELP ~~

Recently i changed my phone to iphone 11, after that my apple watch keep display this "Your iphone has a policy that require a new Apple Watch passcode"

Despite i had done the following, the problem still persist, may i know any solution?

- Reset, erase the watch and re-start pairing process
- In phone apple watch app, i hv turn off passcode request, same for the watch side also
- Remove the watch from my device list (find my iphone) before i unpair the watch

do you have any corporate profile installed on your iphone?

For security purposes, if you're not wearing your watch on your wrist and have not unlocked your iphone prior to using your watch, it will prompt for passcode

This is my personal phone, i do not have this issue with my previous iphone X. i already uncheck Wrist Detection and remove passcode, but still happen despite am wearing the watch.
