In simple words, TV5 will be back on air on May 5, 2025, on MYTV Ch 105. Launching ceremony will be LIVE at 2:30 PM, still is a full-fledged movie channel.

MYTV Mana-Mana is now live on Android TV & Google TV.

googletv not yet so far seems like android phone and andtv only. On phone and computer can watch with email log in but on androidtv it requires you to subscribe!

I’ve been informed that it hasn’t been officially launched yet, which likely explains the app bug.

SPOTV NOW might be a separate app access, just link with MYTV account. Or it could be integrated into one single MYTV Mana-Mana platform. We never know, I guess it’ll be revealed very soon.

That reminds me, Drama Channel (Malaysia) over OK Vision frequently airs beIN Sports 2.

OK Vision is fine. Vision+ isn’t, but now it’s back to normal. For now.

How amusing—Media Prima’s Fly FM boasts “more music, less talk” compared to Astro Radio’s Hitz and Mix in a recent TV commercial.

Ironically, there’s lesser English content on their TV channels anyway.

8TV and NTV7 used to air English series, gameshows, reality shows and movies. With how NTV7 is replaced with Didik TV & Wow Shop and 8TV focusing on Chinese content, we see lesser English contents there. I think Media Prima should follow Mediacorp having 4 channels - English (TV5), Malay (Suria), Chinese (TV8) and Tamil (Varnam).
