Night shutdown used to be done to save electricity. DVBT uses a lot less power than analogue did, so less important joshhd liked this post

If the hill is blocking you don't have much chance, but yes, that black antenna was designed to go on a window. You lose a lot of signal due to the rebar in a wall

Adding a minority channel to a streaming service like Unifi costs very little extra.
On broadcast services, which Astro and MyTV are, it takes a chunk of bandwidth that costs money and blocks something else |
