Hello everyone,

i am 28 years old this year, and i had suffered from severe acnes since i was 16 years old. It has been quite a long journey. Acnes not getting so severe in the past 2 years. I only had 1-2 huge acnes once a month though.

Recently, i went to one doc medical and signed on their 4 steps and pico laser treatment. I have done a few of their 4 steps treatments so far. The first week, i can feel my face is getting brighter and more elastic. After that, i have more and more big acnes on my face.

I started to worry, i am not sure if its my hormones problem or its because of the treatment. Anyone here with serious acnes, can please share with me their experience.

This is not easy to go through, as it will affect our self-confidence and the way we live.. so i hope everyone can help each other
