may i know why online transfer is free but many people here still want to use the physical card to do withdrawal with rm1 fees?

want to ask about the the rm10 tesco voucher we get in the gopayz apps.

if the amount spend is rm11, can we pay the rm1 with cash or other bank credit card? it's because i don't have the gopayz physical card.

Tried at tesco just now and the stuff dunno how to redeem the voucher. Scan at the bar code doesn't work.

End up the voucher missing as the stuff press back button..

Then I try at 7e again also facing same issue..

can ss but i think the voucher will become invalid too once it is not appeared in the rewards.
gopayz should remain the voucher if it is not redeemed like other e-wallet.

i think direct online transfer back to bank is free and easy compare to withdraw from ATM
