I used to love loading GP with BP for usage (as well as cashing out) as I found that their Visa card (physical and digital) never had a problem for paywave or online transactions. For BP there are still certain merchants which don't accept the card. Sadly without being able to top up by BP or CC I won't be using GP anymore.

When I used my email to submit 2 separate forms for me and my husband, including our ICs and also our registered telephone numbers in case they wanted to verify..... They rejected my email and said that each person must email their own forms separately.

Super face palm since the email can be changed easily on the app, and I did give them phone numbers for both account holders.

So I just complied and cancelled... No regrets since they are definitely not a progressive company.
