Last week there was a forumer applied the card after 24th, who got cs earlier than me. so just be patient

No I don't think that's the problem. I signed up on 20/12 and applied for the Union Pay card on 27/12. I saw the virtual cards in my account and thought the cards would be issued automatically. Finally I called customer service and I was told cash back would be given for card application before 31/12.  I don't know if they extend it for a further period.

Tried at tesco just now and the stuff dunno how to redeem the voucher. Scan at the bar code doesn't work.
