Anyone having issue topping up GoPayZ using BigPay?

tried transfer to bank using sarawakpay twice this week then today they call me already haha

Is this only allow Sarawakian to use it?

If not in Sabah Sarawak what I can pay using this Sarawak pay? Possible to pay rm1 and considered payment?

How to cancel account Gopayz because during install this app i didn't know will issue 3 credit card for me, after check with customer service reply from them this Gopayz will have charge during 2nd year. But when i asking how to cancel this account they asking me to send ic for them ti cancel, i don't want to send ic thru email to them. Any ware to canvel in app or service center u-mobile is it can help on this?

Side note... Wah the 3 credit cards issued need to pay yearly fee? ... I think I need to cancel my account soon LOL. Stick to BP then.

I want to close my GoPayz Account, what do I do?

Please follow the following steps:
1. download the Service Request Form that is available at GoPayz Website under Menu, ‘Other Services’ tab;
2. complete the Service Request Form and submit the duly completed form to our Customer Care via e-mail; and
3. upon receipt of your request, we will perform an account closure and refund any balance available in your GoPayz Account (after deducting all amount due to us) to your account maintained with a licensed bank in Malaysia.

1. Should be OK for Visa & MasterCard only, not OK for Unionpay. But online transaction must be enabled.
2. Card will expire in 2024-2025, Gopayz should be obsolete/discontinued already by then.
3. I checked my ledger, I was still charged and waived of inactive fee in April. But monthly charge of RM2.50 can be waived easily, FYI I used to pay RM1 to my electricity account every month to avoid the monthly inactive fee (discontinued Big Prepaid Card, the predecessor of Bigpay)
4. No cashback.
5. Can use but the transaction will be unsuccessful at the last step. So use other debit or prepaid cards to top up, credit card is not accepted.
6. You can use all 3 cards. All 3 cards will share 1 account (ewallet), no individual credit/balance.
7. Why not? For Shopee and Lazada, only Visa and Mastercard are accepted, most of the online platforms in Malaysia don't accept Unionpay yet.
8. Not sure on reward scheme. But it is a prepaid card, the fee paid by the merchants is very little so the reward to cardholders is negligible, not like credit card which the card issuer can earn a lot from transaction fee and interest charged.

For No. 1 --> How do I enable online transaction? By upgrading to Premium Wallet?
For No. 2 --> Go Payz will discontinue? Meaning no more after 2025? After 2025 no more already?
Then RM 16 will be wasted?
How about BigPay? Mine expiry in 2023? After 2023 BigPay also follow Go Payz?
