Thanks, received the RM9.

Btw, the KawKaw cashback campaign has changed TnC. last time the cashback is refresh on daily basis, but, now, it become each phase basis. I paid bill on 30 Mar didnt get cb, the CS said fully redeemed on 25 Mar itself.

i replied with nric only. no bank statement as i dont have balance inside.

then they revert email, with a simple msg "Kindly call our call centre at +6018-388 3388 for verification procedure in this matters"

then i call the number for verification

then they revert email, saying "Appreciate for your verification call. Please be inform that we will process your request. The whole process will take up to 3 working days (Monday - Friday). "

next day, email status "Your GoPayz account has been closed. Please call us immediately at +6018-3883388 for more assistance."

unless there is fund to be request to transfer to (which i believe everyone will just make sure acc zerolised before requesting to close acc), otherwise, i feel they just wan to make u feel trouble to close the acc and give up on doing so..

For AEON bank acc closure, all done via in app... no such hassle...
