Have to purchase FSM fund directly (some fund doesn't allowed)

I try 1, it say sales charge 1.5%
Minimun buy is rm100.
So 1.5% is rm1.5
The reward rm5 minus rm1.5 = rm3.5
Mean we earn rm3.5 for rm100 invest.

It's FOC for the physical card issuance.
Just take it in case want to do ATM withdrawal.
