failed to top up GP with my debit card... can't get to OTP page at all. Anyone having similar issue?

CIMB Preferred Debit (RM4 =1 reward point), Public Bank RCB Elite (RM3 = 1 VIP), OCBC 360 Debit (+1.1% p.a. interest rate on Savings if spending >RM500/month)
and many more, mainly premier banking related to usage benefits and interest rate.

Not really, new cardholders can't enjoy the same limits as the existing cardholders. It is not unlimited.
A lot of cardholders had been terminating their cards last year due to annual fee. CIMB and Lazada are not promoting this card now. But it is best card to top up Lazada Wallet (1%+5%).

The card may be good to get fund from CC's Balance Transfer!
But the max store value is RM2999 (new) / RM4999 (existing users).

Your earlier clue gives the idea that we can do BigPay -> CIMB Lazada -> Gopayz -> bank.
with the restriction of:
BigPay to CIMB Lazada daily limit RM1000 (Monthly limit RM2000) and Gopayz -> bank daily limit RM500.
Right?

Originally before the blockage:
