None for Prepaid cards.
Debit - direct to CA/SA via BP's Fund Transfer.
Ewallets - YES for Lazada Wallet, ShopeePay, TnG wallet. Spend the money, no Cash-out.

I dont think BP is the one who block GP
Just think back on that day they changed to RM500/day transfer, at midnite still can make RM1.5k but morning became RM500
The same happen to BP, midnite still can top up with it but after update to Android failed…
Imagine who need to pay for who if making top up?
Although some got confirmation from BP but i dont believe to some CS who simply give u answer just bcos u cant make the top up.
BigPayJonathan we are still waiting for ur official answer

but if u call GP customer service. they says it seems like bp the one rejecting the transaction. GP CS very free. no need to wait, get connected instantly.

Thats why i tell u CS is not knowledgeable enough to what happen around them unless those who said "wait i consult with my superior 1st", then those answer might be more convincing

Remember how boost and tng CS likes to copy n paste without investigation

Could be 6XXX series under Financial Services.

BigPay shows it's under Financial Services category similar to Boost.

1. Now we can't use bigpay to top up.
2. We can't use credit card either.
3. Very very limited of merchant.
4. Also will charge monthly fee in the future.


I don't see any reason to keep my account any longer

1st I cant Top up ShopeePay using BigCard.
2nd I cant Top up GoPayz using BigCard.

actually, any physical merchant that accepts unionpay, mastercard and visa u can use, provided you have physical card. otherwise, you can use the e-cards online.

I used to love loading GP with BP for usage (as well as cashing out) as I found that their Visa card (physical and digital) never had a problem for paywave or online transactions. For BP there are still certain merchants which don't accept the card. Sadly without being able to top up by BP or CC I won't be using GP anymore.
