Didn’t work for Boost UnionPay QR as well. Normally I use GrabPay (7.5% points + Citi 10%)

Haven’t got my Visa since 1/11. Already 15 business days. They promise to deliver within 14 business days.

When you have received your card, you can use it for breakfast at McD and pay some water bills. At least, you show them that you have a mixture of usages. tongue.gif

Even with physical card, TNB, TNG, GrabPay, etc., all can't be used. Only onsite wave is possible.

The caller is from the risk management department. She has to make sure and verify if the transfer transactions are genuine. They are not from the survey department, so why they need to know the reason.

When I asked her why we can't use the card for online transactions, she tried to avoid the question and asked me to call the customer service department.

I used the GoPayz-dahmakan voucher to order my first dahmakan meal RM15.99. RM9 discount so I paid RM6.99 by Boost. I earned 14 coins + shake reward 28 coins. Not bad! biggrin.gif
