WCT unveils Paradigm Residence Johor Baru

WCT Land Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of WCT Holdings Bhd, an engineering, construction and property company is set to welcome Paradigm Residence Johor Baru (JB) — a service residence in Paradigm JB.

After the china wave now its malaysia wave start to buildx3 again in jb?

Gross price. 695k is for high floor (29th floor). Middle floor priced at ard 610+ if im not mistaken. Free SPA Legal Fee & disbursement. Free stamp duty & disbursement. Down payment $5,000 only. Partially furnished unit *Aircond to Living, Dining and all Bedrooms, Kitchen cabinet with hob and hood, Instant water heater with rain shower in Master bathroom, Shower screen to all Bathrooms and Solid timber flooring to all Bedrooms.

The construction is expected to begin by year end and to be completed by 2022. Hotel Hyatt Place will be built next to the apartment and it will open in 2022 as well. More thn 70 per cent of the units already sold up since the launch in sept. So there are just few more units left to grab. This will be for my investment purposes, which im planning to sell it off after 5-7yrs.
