Correct me if I am wrong. I remember reading that the projects for Quince & Vervain has a lot of T&Cs for sub-sale or non-rental (presumably because its subjected to the Selangor Gov T&C?). Will this project be the same?

It depends on how you see it, how it is maintained etc. Look at Flora - No matter the area, it will always be considered a low cost, dangerous etc etc because of the bad name the tenants created for it. It's only one road down from the other projects in DP. Not too far.If not, it will maintain low cost until forever. wondering will this property value increase in future or not. |
