32" may be just 720 P but
24" at 1080P u gotta view stuff really close to notice the difference.

The 8" of wide space makes quite a difference..

I am bit paranoid as my PC got fried due to spiky currents. So my current setup for my LCD and watnot is

socket => Voltage Regulator => UPS => Devices.
