In case no one knows, anal douching is when a person uses enema or water ,using hose into your rectum.

It is popularly used to help with constipation.

Before I ask questions about this I hope only serious people with the knowledge, answer.

A few months ago, probably a month and few weeks, I had done anal douching to myself. Not because I was constipated, but because of what I dont wish to disclose.

I never really had a prior lesson on how to do it properly.

And to make it worst, I didnt use enema bulb or anything.
Instead I used water hose to channel the water from the tap inside my anus.

However, the problem is...

Until now I am feeling discomfort. Sometimes pain around my abdomen, below my belly button and sometimes down the rear.

Which really worries and terrifies me.
I acknowledge that it is my mistake
A mistake in which I wish to undo

I want to go to meet doctor terribly but im so afraid of disclosing the reason why i did anal douching on the first place.

If anyone knows what is happening, please shed some lights.

Don't wish to disclose but want people to help. Great. Even doctors won't be able to help with such kind of attitude.
