If Im not mistaken, for majority of the android HU, the skin change is located at the secured factory setting. If you have its password , then use it to enter the setting, and you can upload a new skin or use any other default skin that the brand provides.

Its android unit right, so just download anything you like, pretty much on how you use a phone.
