A lot of financial expert implied that this is only a dead cat bounce situation, a temporary rise or stability and that we will face a long recession ahead, 6 months at least.

what I am being told from this graph, it shows the ETF price is deviating too far from NAV which means eventually, it will correct itself by by going down. and those who buy the ETF right now aren't making a good decision because you buy it at a really expensive price.

Is it true?

I understand your concern and kinda agree with you, But I think it kinda leaves a bad taste.

For long term, it is pretty good for general malaysians that recently jump into field of investment due to Wahed's ease and shariah-compliant status. It will educate them and learn the hard way during market up and down. Furthermore, Wahed has made plans to counter the ETF problem. Unlike other countries that has been familiar with robo-advisors for years, we only recently have 4 that I know. Competition is good. Still, for short term investor, your expectation will only get worse. Unlike individual stock, ETF will follow the market.

Walaoweh, this is huge, expect hlal spiking.
Shame my capital is on hold tho

On the upside, people who are so lousy about referral, and invite their family/relatives without telling the full story about investment so they can get easy referral buck would be less motivated to do so.
