Now what if it happen to IBKR that will be HUGE as I know a lot of Msia,Spore investors use theirs for cheap fees for US trading. But I know IBKR hard to fail but still best to diversify your investment platform don't put all eggs into one basket. My personal opinion.

It is up to individual I am just suggesting to even diversify on brokerage. Nowadays stocks,ETF are under their custodianship? Not say it will disappear if anything happen but for peace of mind spread among other brokerages look safer. But of cuz too many brokerage acct also hard to handle so keep to say 2-3? If all of them at same time all close shop really unlucky!

As an e.g, just recently in Spore, some banks online cannot login. Imagine you only one bank account and that day want to login transfer funds or something cannot how? So if got a few different bank accts, still can login other bank do the transaction.

Not wrong but still it shake up some confidence level of investors have in this company. If they can make misleading statement, what about their other stuff that is operating the platform at the ground level that have not been discovered? I don't believe no existing investor remains calm in this situation after all it is monies we are talking about.

What if a lot of investors like you initiate withdraw all funds and somehow at the short time company do not have enough funds to meet? So they will process based on first come first served basis? If yes you will be good. If no then how monies stucked inside?
