I would suggest to consider the Corsair RM750 or RM650 which are both below RM500 as suggested by @krayden@. Take note that they carry 10 years warranty. Another PSU with 10 year warranty is Cooler Master V650 or V750. When it comes to warranty claim for PSU in Malaysia, I think the possibility of getting the warranty honoured is higher with Corsair & Cooler Master. Some like Seasonic don't even have a distributor in Malaysia anymore and left their previous buyers in a lurch (not sure if things have changed now, but buyer beware).
