hi ,
i looking 4k monitor for movie and normal work purpose.
1) Any brand and model can suggest?
2) If i buy for 32inch will the viewing distance need to be very far? Mine one just normal work desk
3) Is it the curve better? if yes, pleaase recommend me.
within RM 2k
1) None yet, will leave it for others but you probably should mention your usage too
2)
If you want to see pure numbers,
https://stari.co/tv-monitor-viewing-distance-calculatorIf you want to see explanation and then only detail,
https://www.esportstales.com/tech-tips/idea...om-your-monitorat 4k, you should be sitting from 1 feet to 2.1 feet (30-64cm) to be able to see the benefits of 4k.
3) If you have only one monitor then curve is okay but there will be price premium to it normally that makes it more worth it to go for larger size

(personally I would have gone for 43 inch 4k if my hardware supports it)
Do note that you need to have either a dedicated gpu with at least displayport 1.2 and above or a haswell build and above with displayport 1.2.

don't bother with 4K monitor now, it's expensive and not worth it
better grab a decent 4K TV which is better
you can't fully appreciate a 4K content on a 32" anyway
so IMO it's better to grab a 32" 2k monitor with your budget
As for 4k tv vs 4k monitor, its each to its own, 4k tv in general have higher input lag even on game mode. Finding a model that suits you would be better in terms of things that you want would be better. 4k tv normally uses hdmi 2.0 which is only available from gtx 900 series and above while 4k monitor normally has dp 1.4 (but a dp 1.2 gpu would suffice because dp 1.2 gpu can support up to 4k@60hz)
You will see the benefits in using a 4k monitor compared to 2k because we tend to sit near to our monitor (otherwise reading text would be a pain if its too far, media consumption is okay).
Depending on his viewing distance 4k may worth the money
