yea...have to wait 1 week after submit for claim
but is good tho coz im quite heavy usage, they detect the battery health is low as well, so after claim they replace a new pair but not the charging case.
recently claim the 2nd time, they told me it cover the crackling sound for another year from the date i receive this replacement unit, before apple extend the crackling thingy to 3years

Good to know on the additional year of coverage. I too had mine changed twice (once before they announced this program and while it was under warranty, so they replaced an entire new set (both AirPods Pro + casing)) and the 2nd time during this program (so only both the AirPods Pro were replaced, casing was not changed).

Hoping no third time either tongue.gif

Have your airpods pro firmware updated to 4a400?
I got mine during 10.10 sales, it comes with firmware 3E751 but I have no idea how to get it updated to the latest firmware.
Plugged in charger and let my iphone 11 sit beside the airpods for over 30 minutes with the case open but still stuck at 3E751.

I think the case should be closed.

And leave both iPhones and AirPods Pro charging nearby, ideally flip the case cover open and close a few times (so that it syncs with your iPhone and that it knows that the AirPods Pro is nearby) and leave it for it to do its magic tongue.gif
