Has anyone managed to do replacement for cracking sound (non eligible for sound issues programme)? I managed to do replacement for left side (Feb 2022). Today I went to QCD sunway, they said my unit not eligible, last time able to exchanged coz still under warranty period. Now my warranty over already.If I know I will insist them to do replacement for both that time. Anyone had experience for non eligible unit?

But apple advisor still highlighted this manufacturing date. Quite tired to call their senior advisor tomorrow.
