Damn, my right Airpods Pro suddenly exhibiting the crackling sounds issue and ANC not working like normal.

Thanks bro. My wife is lucky, not having problems - but I will monitor on her airpods just in case. I will be going to their service centre today to replace mine. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

If can reject and request - why not? Sent mine yesterday for the crackling sound. Feels like a criminal man, interrogated whether got immersed in water, was its dropped, why was the case scratched etc etc

I did show them the link and the 2 years replacement program, but since mine is still under standard warranty, they are checking based on that. I also dunno why ask questions like i’m like a criminal lol.

Anyway, hope they change both left and right - will be weird if battery drain is different due to normal battery life wear (one bud newer than the other).

Mine sounds something like this - either in short bursts when moving/tapping the airpods while on ear, or sometimes I hear this for a food 4-5 seconds long.

Quick update - received a call from then earlier today so I picked up in the afternoon. They replaced the right airpod which was causing problems and all is well

So quite quick. Sent 25/11 late afternoon, received back 27/11 afternoon.

Have you tried using wireless charging? Or do you mean the case is not holding any charge?
