anyone experience rattling sound on one side of earphone? after update to latest firmware

i experience random of rattling sound on my right side when i watching netflix, no dust or dirty on the earphone.

i need to put right earphone back to case and take out then the sound gone

if use it with 25% volume, i notice 99% sound are block, only noticeable when play nothing

same here, happen to my right side also but so far it only happen for two time only.
i just place back into case and take out again the sound gone.

i suspect this too.
the 1st time happen is right after few hours i update to latest firmware
2nd time are second day of the firmware updated.

i thought for warranty purpose u can back to any authorize apple store ?

your unit is it consistently having this problem or just concessionary?

i suspect is the latest firmware cause it.
never experience it until the recent firmware

bought 2020, claim twice already due to crackling sound...i hope no 3rd time

yea...have to wait 1 week after submit for claim
but is good tho coz im quite heavy usage, they detect the battery health is low as well, so after claim they replace a new pair but not the charging case.
recently claim the 2nd time, they told me it cover the crackling sound for another year from the date i receive this replacement unit, before apple extend the crackling thingy to 3years

haha yea hope no 3rd time

no doubt is consider battery replace but is kinda troublesome tho
