Lol that sounds like either a false advertisement or just bad CS doesn’t know their product well..did you end up buying it? can return and refund if it’s not MagSafe but going to be troublesome..

have you tried asking them what is the Apple Part ID / SKU Number for it? They have a different one for each time they release something, even the same thing - eg. the space black milanese loop had the ID MLJJ2ZA/A when they released it as 38mm and MTU12FE/A when they re-released it as 40mm (even though it's the same item).

for AirPods Pro with Wireless Charging Case, the part ID should be MWP22AM/A.

for AirPods Pro with MagSafe Charging Case, the part ID should be MLWK3AM/A.

try only asking them what is the part ID of the Apple product they're selling without mentioning anything else and see what they reply. however, keep in mind it might not match the above for US-sold vs Internationally-sold Apple products

it’s 50%/50% now between what’s advertised vs CS’s word…just worry if later any dispute for refund will refer back to the conversation you had with CS who have already clarified to you that it’s a non MagSafe..

good and bad news, senQ CS on Shopee informed me that their Shopee listing carries the model code for the newer version with MagSafe case:

so someone is right and the other is wrong, but which one? sigh why do some companies never train their CS properly…

Did you made the purchase before your conversation with CS? or was it after?
It’s a good news then, since you go with Shopee for dispute and it WhatsApp..

i don't think you can use whatsapp communication for shopee dispute. Shopee doesn't accept any confirmation outside the shopee chat.
So if you dispute, the conversation should be within shopee itself.

since their CS confirmed to me in Shopee chat that the one they're selling there has the part number MLWK3ZA/A (ie. the newer one with MagSafe), we can definitely file dispute if they send us the older model

I called up SenQ CS hotline, apparently we have to enter the Shopee order number at their Delivery Status website: https://deliverystatus.com.my

We are supposed to get an OTP after we enter it, but I never got one - contacted SenQ CS on Shopee, they said I will only get OTP once shipped, but they need at least 2 days to verify payment first and only ship out after that.

Just got it today, i check the serial no inside, and it can be found in apple warranty website. so i thinks its original. but the price seem too good to be true. how to check is it counterfeit or original besides the serial no in the box and at the device?
