Do you guys use spatial audio when listening to music on iPhone?

I think the part where it tracks my head movement is weird because if you put your phone by your side or you turn your head, you feel like the sound is coming from one side/direction only.
I think that it is only good for movies and video call.

EDITED : I just realized I can use spatial audio, but still turn off head tracking. It sounds better and normal now
