I keep trying to input the purchase date. Which is the date i received from Shopee and then open and connect it but it keeps saying in red:

hi guys, just a few questions:
1) suitable for jogging on the road and in parks?
2) does it come off easily? Ive been using airpods and never had issues coming off during exercise/running

Very suitable for jogging. Just need to be more careful of incoming vehicles if you’re running on the road due to ANC. Airpods Pro fit much more snugly in the ears than Airpods 1 in my experience.

1. Park yes, road I would suggest not to use NC.
2. You have try it yourself, try with different tip sizes. Compared to normal AirPods, I find APP easier to come off.

I suggest to contact Apple and get their assistance.

thinking of getting the airpods pro. but seeing some sellers with cheaper price on shopee RM900++ I know we can check serial number on apple website to see whether legit product or not. But is it possible if an imitation product copies the serial number of a legit product? Or got something like 'numbers of time this serial number has been checked/checked before'?
