Update from my AirPods Pro rattling sound issue:
I brought my Airpods Pro to Machines Service Centre KLCC to diagnose and seeking replacement unit for left side (which produces rattling sound when moving). The whole process took me for near-lee 5 working days. I just got the unit back - this time with the newly replaced left side Airpods Pro - n better includes new ear tips (S, M - fixed on replaced unit, L size). So far the overall process is good and best of all, the replacement is FREE (given that still under warranty). The replaced unit feels better and sounds better when placed... P.S: Minor problem with Service Centre is that they very very LCLY, said mine is common problem and got problem with my EARS during diagnose...
