I ady screenshot my order with the product title word MagSafe, also screenshot the product page during my time of order. Don’t think they have anything to dispute haha but hope for the best

good and bad news, senQ CS on Shopee informed me that their Shopee listing carries the model code for the newer version with MagSafe case:

but SenHeng CS on WhatsApp said it’s the older model pulak:

so someone is right and the other is wrong, but which one? sigh why do some companies never train their CS properly…

Both before and after.
After I bought I also stated that since it was listed as Magsafe version I better be receiving the magsafe version and not the old model whistling.gif

i don't think you can use whatsapp communication for shopee dispute. Shopee doesn't accept any confirmation outside the shopee chat.
So if you dispute, the conversation should be within shopee itself.

This is good news, hopefully we will receive the correct product.
Yesterday I asked the CS if it's magsafe charging case version, he reply me literally 6 hours later tell me the magsafe charging pad sold separately lol bangwall.gif

mine too!

ffs my current APP right earbud stop charging in the case bangwall.gif
Left it inside the case last night, woke up both buds only 80% while case is 90%++. Cleaned the insides of the case ady, is this a hardware or software problem?


edit: nvm, just realized it's the Optimizing Charging feature that's stopping my earbuds from charging past 80% lol. Interesting......

I called up SenQ CS hotline, apparently we have to enter the Shopee order number at their Delivery Status website: https://deliverystatus.com.my

We are supposed to get an OTP after we enter it, but I never got one - contacted SenQ CS on Shopee, they said I will only get OTP once shipped, but they need at least 2 days to verify payment first and only ship out after that.

Ya I’ve been using this website to tracking my order, I managed to get otp since the day the order shows that it’s ‘shipped’ on shopee. But the website no tracking info one lol. Been like 2-3 days still stuck at ‘Ready to ship’
Meanwhile I see some reviews on product page some ady got their orders from 11.11 and it’s the MagSafe charging case version hehe

Got my order today, no tracking on shopee or from the tracking website the CS provided. Just randomly showed up at my house today via ninjavan . Glad that it’s the MagSafe version!
