Look at The Birch at Jalan Ipoh & Emerald 9 at Cheras.
Both also near to MRT station but Emerald 9 has walkway link bridge to MRT. The Birch (Jalan Ipoh, Kepong) 688sf (2R 2B) 1CARPARK 35 years monthly installment is 1800+ M. Fees 0.30 Emerald 9 (Cheras) 850sf (2+1 R 2B) 1 CARPARK 35 years monthly installment 2400+ M. Fees 0.33 I know I am not comparing apple to apple, but would like to listen to so opinion. |

I would choose jalan ipoh ..near my parents house
Avoid driving if you can...jam like hell because narrow road |

Not recommend The Birch.. 2 towers build on 1.8 acres small piece of land.. but the advantage is closer to future Sentul West MRT station, brand new and someone is underground station...
