Hi dear owners, I'm one of the purchasers in this new property in Semenyih. I wasn't able to view my house last month and the website under Sempurna Jaya is still showing updates of construction for December last year. Anybody has same concerns like me, etc no proper update on the development stage?

Would appreciate if there's any progress news on Brogania as I am wondering. I'm paying like RM 1500++ per month interest only to the bank but I'm not able to get a clear picture of the progression of the property. Thanks

Is there Unifi being available after the property done? Also, I believe they are widening the main road between Brogania and Tiara East, is that true?
