Entire floor vacant - Every day and night come home super quiet because the entire floor (let's say 10 units) ... all are unoccupied

Your floor got noisy neighbour - The neighbour on your left likes to make noise during the day and on your right likes to party at night

Your floor got dirty neighbour - Your neighbour likes to throw rubbish on the corridor. Sometimes leave rubbish near the chute.

I believe that the dirty/noisy neighbour option should be consolidated as a bad neighbour.

My aunt used to stay in the same condo as me, but in a different block. She bought it from an owner who sold it at below market (RM 20k or RM30k lower) price 6 years ago. After living there for 2 years, she moved out to another condo (an upmarket one at that) because of an irate Caucasian neighbour living below who keeps harassing them a few times a week complaining about the so-called 'loud banging' noises she and her husband make. All they did is the normal routine of going in and out of the house or going from room-to-room while closing the door like any average Joe/Jane would do.

The previous owner only mentioned it when they checked with him and the former also mentioned that his 2 tenants who used to stay there left within less than a year after dealing with that irate neighbour. What I've also heard about that block is that there are more problems (uncivilised and ill-mannered folks) there compared to our block where the folks in the latter tend to be well-mannered and civil.

is the ceiling/floor so thin that sound passes through that easy?

Wonder why office building doesn't have any sound from the above though
