Hi There, I'm into a lot of RPG and Post Apocalyptic games. As a gamer, it is very important to have the best visual experience. I'm currently using an LG 24 Flat FHD and I would like to probably get a curved UHD. Does anyone have any feedback about the visual experience of curved as compared to the flat one?

Hardware specs? Note that 4K UHD is not an easy resolution to drive icon_idea.gif

Hi, I'm looking at the following now - https://thewiredshopper.com/best-gaming-monitors/
Acer XR382CQK 34" QHD (3440 x 1440) 1900R Curved Widescreen IPS Display with Adaptive-Sync Support
LG 34UC79G-B 34 inches WQHD (3440 x 1440) Nano IPS Ultra Wide Display

The cost is quite similar within 800-900 USD. Best to take a look at a shop and compare it myself. smile.gif

Forget about the VG240Y P - the Panda IGZO panel inside barely performs any better than a decent TN panel. If TS can wait there's a new 24.5 IPS panel from AU Optronics icon_idea.gif

I highly doubt your RTX 2060 will handle 4K, let alone 1440p Ultrawide sweat.gif

Stick to the 34UC79-G if you want ultrawide icon_idea.gif

Basically it uses the same panel (the AU Optronics M300DVR01.0) in the Acer Z301CT:

https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/acer-p...nitor,5104.html

However, do note that a monitor that uses the same panel as the other does not mean they perform identically. Things like quality control and backlight along with the firmware can significantly affect its performance icon_idea.gif
