Hi. I just got my keys to my new house in Cheng, Melaka.
Since I stay in KL, got no time to fully inspect the house thoroughly. At a glance, seems a lot of minor defects.
Does anyone know someone who provide professional service for house defect inspection?

Are you referring to those geo-technical engineering consultancy firm who prepare you a detailed technical report ah?

Or, you just ask your friend or house owner or property agent the transportation charges and pocket money to do it on your behalf jer lah

basically, anyone who can inspect the house and prepare documentation i can submit to the developer for rectification

saw a someone advertising in FB for Klang Valley - not sure if he does Melaka though ...

yeah i'm looking for someone from the local areas.. a lot in Klang Valley but they charge quite a hefty transportation fee

Do you know which company provide such service in melaka? Back part of my house sunk more than 3 inches and need to find professional to check on the soil condition. They do such inspection?
