Leaving rumah sewa life, so now want to have a more permanent washing machine, don't want to make frequent trips to the coin laundry to dry clothes during rainy season and want make mum happy also.

So I'm in the market for a washer/dryer (I know I know pipul say should buy separate 'coz more reliable - but my yard is really quite tiny already)

Those of you yang dah beli or family ada, how is it holding up? Very interested in this LG one 10.5kg wash 7kg dry

Salesmen at Sen Heng and Harvey keep telling me they're reliable as long as dun stupid stupid wash cotton and jeans together then use dryer, will confuse machine and cepat kong wor.

Even told me got extended warranty program (i.e. add RM600 for extra 4 years) Cost of machine is 3.4k with 1 year warranty only. If rosak then can cry a river

actually i've heard my friends saying this also before this.

Coz jeans water retention and weight is far higher than regular cotton. Will screw with the sensor which detects whether clothes are dry or not.

don't buy mix they very easy spoil because
wash load and dry load is not same weight

just buy separate and stack them
& also if u want to buy samseng brand, make sure you guugle if tat model is on recall or not

u don't want it to explode on u

I used BOSCH, I don't recall its maximum load but I only used between 2kg - 4kg load because I lived alone..

Electricity bill I sign contract so if it doesn't exceed the amount used monthly it will only be about £33

My frequency to wash is every 2 days and weekends wash bed linens, towels and etc for 2kg / 4kg load.

When they say 10.5kg wash
Is that the weight for wet clothes when wash cycle start? Or the dirty dry load first put inside?

Yeap.

Even 2in1 doesn't necessary means everytime wash you also will use dryer...

Clothes will get soften easily everytime dry.. .and have to clean dryer dust...

afaik water weight + clothes.

front load washers when they say 10kg they usually mean 10kg, if top load say 10kg, in reality more like 7/8kg
